Chiropractic Therapies

Wood Family Chiropractic uses a number of different office therapies to treat patients. These Include:

Spinal Adjustments

The treatment of choice to correct misalignments and reduced motion of the spine.

Ultrasound

High frequency sound waves includehelp reduce inflammation, swelling and pain through micro-massage of the deep tissues.

Interferential Electrical Stimulation

A therapy that is relaxing and beneficial, but mainly intended to relieve pain.

Electrical Muscle Stimulation

A relaxing electronic muscle massage which serves to reduce spasm and rehabilitate specific areas.

Intersegmental Traction

This therapy provides relief for those patients with disc problems and nerve compression.

Therapeutic Massage

Swedish massage and Acupuncture techniques work to release muscle tension, improve circulation, reduce the effects of stress, decrease pain, and encourage relaxation.   We offer massage in 1/2 hour, 1 hour, and 1 1/2 hour increments.
